Privacy policy

Last updated: 10. june 2026.

Integrity Merchant Solutions ("IMS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at [integritymerchantsolutions.com] (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers information collected through our Site. If you become an IMS merchant or agent, additional terms and notices may apply to the information we process in providing payment services to you, including notices required under federal financial-privacy law.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to provide when you fill out a form, contact us, or apply to work with us. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Free statement review: your name, email address, phone number, company name, business type, and any credit card processing statement or document you upload (e.g., PDF or Word file).
  • Apply to join our team: your name, email address, phone number, résumé/CV, and any message you include.
  • Contact form – current customer: your name, email address, phone number, Merchant ID, and your message.
  • Contact form – prospective customer: your name, email address, phone number, business type, and your message.

Some documents you upload — such as a processing statement — may contain financial details about your business. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to respond to your request (for example, to prepare a no-obligation pricing comparison).

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site beyond what you voluntarily submit, and we ask that you do not send us information such as Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or health information through our web forms.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the free statement review, support, or information you request;
  • Evaluate job and agent applications and communicate with applicants;
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our content and marketing;
  • Communicate with you about our services, including follow-up on requests you submit (you can opt out of marketing messages at any time);
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Site, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated means.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, our website host (Webflow), analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), email and communication tools, and form/file-storage providers. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Payment processing partners. If you become a merchant, we may share relevant information with the processing platforms, gateway providers, and compliance partners needed to set up and support your account.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IMS, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If IMS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand site usage. These include:

  • Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site and forms to function (including those used by our host, Webflow).
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. We may use Google Analytics or similar tools for this purpose. Google may use this data subject to its own privacy practices; you can learn more and opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

5. How we protect your information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, particularly any financial documents you submit. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not transmit highly sensitive information through unsecured channels.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your request, manage an applicant or client relationship, or comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it. [Optional: insert specific retention periods, e.g., "We retain statement-review submissions for [X months] unless you become a client."]

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access / Know – request confirmation of whether we process your information and a copy of it.
  • Correction – request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion – request that we delete information we hold about you.
  • Portability – request a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out – opt out of the sale of your personal information, sharing for targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
  • Non-discrimination – you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization.

Connecticut residents. Connecticut residents have the rights described above under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, including the right to appeal a denial of a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us, and if your appeal is denied you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General.

California residents. If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents have the rights described above, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared, as well as the right to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as partner or processor sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
